This...is a universal sentence that I DESPISE! It's not even a sentence and it pains me.

Fersken, I'm not willing to go get the paperwork myself. If you need something checked into, then it's best given by yourself. HOWEVER, seeing as this time my motive is not necissary, but is given freely. I shall get the evidence myself from Cspace.

I say let us stop judging them. As I said I am one to believe that one's actions are stronger than one's words. Apparently Sajones and Goku both apologized, and I will let them prove that they mean no further harm.

I am doing this for them because their involvement in this is a first offence. KC and Muler, however, must keep their suspensions/bans for some time to come since this does not by any means apply to them.

This is a one-time favor for anyone in their "group" and will not be given again in any other linked circumstance.

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt in this situation.

As for how to prove that they mean no further harm, they must refrain from any further actions promoting their previous cause. I mean "any". Since this is a favor to them, SeeD will expect not to hear of any more similar troubles for some time to come, and eventually we will lighten up when the problem is truly over. This will apply to everyone else who was with this cause as well though, the previous warning still exists.

What has to stop is the negative sarcasm, harassment, mockery, and insults. Both Goku and Sajones took a part in it prior to their bans, but if they say they can stop I will let them show it (I'm sure they both can).

This can all be forgiven, but the attacks must stop. They aren't the only ones, there are two or three others who were previously respected who are now lowering themselves to the level of this harassment which belongs in an elementary school cafeteria. The same applies to them, and I will highly recommend that they stop if they wish to maintain their respect and remain in the community. We will treat everyone fairly, but when a member compromises this we will do something about it. I am asking that for those to whom this applies, they stop now so no further action is needed.

I am confident that they can handle themselves responsibly. I am just asking that they do and everyone leaves this behind them.

Sajones and Goku both had their bans removed as of this post. Mod rights will be given back in time, but not as of this post.

I'm very glad to hear this Cspace! Goku and Sajones are both good friends of myself and many others, and I had a feeling it was in them to, er, repent. Either way, this is, as you said, getting very childish. Suddenly little factions are beign started, and each one seems to have members full of hate for others. Each little faction finds it in the right mind to just launch verbal attacks upon others, and think it's just totally fine. It's like an 8-year-old.

A message to everyone - Why don't you face facts? No. One. Cares!

Anyone who applies to this message knows what they've been doing, and he or she should know that they're acting as if they can just knock over a whole clan with a few words. It's insanity.

If anyone wants some organization, fun, anything that's just plain good, I would suggest stopping.

I've been quite inactive lately, and should probably keep my mouth shut. However, I have two cents to throw in.

Death Snake was banned for a negative remark about a religion -- Judaism. However, I remember quite clearly seeing many instances of similar negative remarks directed toward Muslims, the religion of Islam itself, its Koran, and even the Black / African-American race. To justify the banning of the Death Snake for his anti-semitic remark, we would have to ban many prominent members of the community; something we really have no need of doing. It is thus that I do not and did not support the banishment of Death Snake. I had no clue he came back, and wasn't even active when he was banned. As I stated previously, I've been almost completely inactive for some time.

** If people are going to say that I am inventing this out of nothing, I will willingly find the posts in question and link to them. I'm hoping to be able to avoid having to do that because I'm specifically avoid mentioning the names of people that made such remarks. I'm using the Death Snake reference to suggest that this rule-based system is not entirely foolproof, and if it were foolproof, would that really be a good thing for the community? Legalism is an excellent philosophy for politics, but for an online game? Think about that. **

I have not witnessed these conflicts in my inactivity. I have, however, witnessed SEVERAL others like them. This seems to be yet another faction-related issues between groups of friends. My advice to anyone that dislikes someone here is this: get over it. You don't like someone? That's your problem, and it's your job to tolerate them. No, you don't need to agree with their views, or necessarily even need to accept them, but you have absolutely no reason to shun them.

What I ask of everyone here, for the sake of everyone, is that simple idea of tolerance. Accept and revere what is liked, tolerate what is disliked, and shun nothing. Only through such tolerance can we develop into a more stable clan where people can enjoy themselves much more.

Thankies to you two, this situation can finally come to an end. Just please leave those that irritate you alone, and the atmosphere can and should start going uphill again
