First of all.. Only post here if you are interested in my QBASIC Class.

Second of all, if you are going to join this.. do you have programming experience? I just want to know so I can modify my class stuff.

*Signs up*

I've had experience with Html and a little of Delphi. I've got 1001 computer books on the bookcase but didn't have time to read them, so since it's holidays I'm going to do a little revision.

We'll be using QBasic...

VB Is annoying because of the fact that you can click things to make your program rather than coding it yourself.

I guess people like things more visual sometimes.

I'll do it, but how far into QBASIC do you go?

I've done like really really basic classes. Only thing I remember is BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

This one kid did it like 500 times copy and paste to piss off the teacher.

I'll do most functions, including the basics (PRINT, LOCATE) Loops (DO and FOR, I hate standard finite) SUBs (With Comments) and Arrays (Standard, 2D, Sorting/searching) I'll also try to do graphics.. I want to complete the darts game (an optional final programming project) so I can confirm that I have it down pat first.

I took a very basic BASIC class bluetongue.gif I know the syntax and basic commands, and not much else.

Other experience... meh. I understand the concept of programming logic. I use TGF most of the time (99% visual, but still fairly powerful), and I know XHTML and CSS (call 'em programming if you want).

(me and my friends make those BASIC jokes all the time)

Oh.. Why did he copy and paste BEEP commands? I would have made an infinite GOTO loop...

Weird. We learned GOTO on our first day.

Heh, Goto has a BASIC name...

Hrrm...Sure....I know some HTML and a bit of visual...Though, I don't really write anything, I'm more of the re-programming...hence, hacking.
