QUOTE
Just about 1400 years ago, there were a number of terrorist attacks on minor islamic states in the middle east by christian extremists. So omar ebn al khatab went on some raids upon states such which had part in the atacks, had the leaders captured caught and made to sign a peace treaty by non-violent means. He then had his men bring  chicken and lamb tht had been cooked laviously to feed his christian guests  whom up untill an hour ago had been his enemies but were now his allies.

he then realsed the christian leaders from his custody and sent thtem home with modest gifts

And for the next 200 years there was not a single christian extremist attack anywhere in the world.

Maybe it is time for this segment of history to repeat itself, maybe in europe  or  america? The question is, how can a muslim come to try and make a peace treaty when he sees what ppl like Black Jack Pershing did?

Danbilly,

It is impossible to go back to the good-old-days, so let's go on to better days now!

My disagreement presently with Kilobite0 is not of consequence anymore really since at least now he wants to allow his clan to go in a good direction. I welcome that.

If anyone wants to continue in UFF or come back to UFF they are free to do so. To do that they need to reflect UFF values. They can easily be active with us.

As UDA is now no longer at enmity with UFF/SeeD and is even allied with the UFF Movement, UDAs are welcome to register for SeeD and to be active in the UFF Movement together with others here.

Yes, there may be a couple clans UFFs have formed and joined but we can keep our unity together as UFFs here in the SeeD forum.

So, identify with the UFF Movement. I encourage working together with others in this movement respectfully, in unity, and unselfishly. Let us build up, not tear down.

If you will notice, though, UFFs have been applying for SeeD and been posting here in the SeeD Forum. Therefore, we have been working together in unity here.

The "good old days" were when UFF was a smaller clan and players knew each other. Our clan's rapid growth changed that. Change was inevitable. Nonetheless, we are here and active. We are United Freedom Fighters.

Right! What's the true difference anyway, except now we have a more fully facilitating forum and larger more robust community together with SeeD.

The one major difference now is that we are open to multiclanning now, which apparently, is something you desire for yourself now, Kilobite0.

So really, doesn't this merger really all work out for the best of everyone? I thought this the best and most practical solution.

* * *

A large and growing clan tends to fragment for different reasons. Also, I had noticed how so many other clans failed. I was aware of these type of matters for clans from the foundation of UFF. This is why UFF was started as a movement.

The old clan model we had helped to facilitate the UFF cause, but we have now grown beyond the walls of being just one clan.

* * *

Unity in unoppressed freedom is not accomplished well by means of control. That is why I stayed away from such methods. Therefore, to preserve unity it needs to be accomplished by other methods seemingly more obscure to some.

UFF's merger into SeeD helps to compensate for our ever growing UFF Movement.

we r at peace now so im not gona do anything wat i said id do to the ppl that wants war with uda i will only do if both uff/seed and uda agree i can, cuz i dont wana start this whole thing up agn after its been ended.

ps. ww1 and ww2 were ended in the same kind of way sept, in ww1 the axis agrees with terms of the uncondition surender treaty, but in ww2 the axis want to surender but they didnt want to unconditionaly surender. in both of these treaties we wanted the axis to disband and the lands that they controlled surendered and given back to the owners of the land originaly. i kno alot about war biglaugh.gif lol

Since you think I should do the decision making, this then is my decision...

Be free and be yourselves.

The emphatic point I have been making has been about raising up an indomitable force vs. the oppression of overlords and protecting clanning freedom for all.

Although I have had to keep the attitudes of many in check, this force is growing and working essentially true to values.

For this to work this is not depended upon us being in one clan but for us to work well together we need to be united.

* * *

Hence, I encourage all UFFs, UDAs and DORs to register for SeeD and remain communicatively active as United Freedom Fighters. This is not saying that you cannot also have other forums as well.

I have no difficulty with multiple forums. It is the sence of unity of cause, vision and values I encourage that we centralize on.

Hence, I would encourage also that our list of UFF values be continued to be honored actively, with the UFF Homepage ( http://dokimos.org/runescape ) to be strongly linked to from other places.

With a presented united set of values, we can keep cohesion and preserve our freedoms as well.
