I can't stand it when people call others noobs and then claim they have lvl 100+ accounts... lol it gets so frustrating and annoying when you're trying to train, I think I have 34 people on my ignore list now because of it and them calling me a noob when saying that I'd like their "main" in the wild.

omg, Jagex is so retarted, no consideration for the people that don't have enough money or think its a waste of money to pay to play! they don't even let free players make posts in the on site forum! free players don't get enough bank space, not enough ways to make money 
i hate JAGEX not runescape but JAGEX!!!!! I find it so funny how you think paying nothing towards the game, helping with updates, Means you can get more stuff added to your "free" version of the game. When since should you get more stuff for a game that your meant to pay for, but dont? Never.

1.) I dislike the people in the wilderness who are like twently levels higher than you and ask you to fight them. Then when you say, "No," they call you noob and laugh at you. I get this a lot because I'm working on new accounts which are level 21 and 16, and once people become level thirty of fourty, they think they are total pwnage.
2.) People who still try the "trade request and run into the wildy" trick. I mean come on, that one is so old.
3.) People who don't know the difference between a "noob" and a "newb" but use them anyways.
4.) Beggers.
5.) Scammers.
6.) People who try to sell you full green dragon hide for 30k. -.- (This happened to me recently.)
7.) People who when you say something like, "Nice sara/zammy/guthix/(g)/(t)," they say something like, "OMG noob, all sara/zammy/guthix/(g)/(t) is the same." Maybe someone should teach those people what a compliment is.
8.) People who call people stuff like "Prayer noob" or "Eating noob" in the wilderness... it's in the game... so why not use it.
9.) Arrow stealers.
10.) People who ask for their stuff back after you PK them. If you are taking it into the wilderness... you better be willing to take the risk of loosing it.
11.) People who curse in the game. Come on, there are little kids out there playing too.
12.) People who try to sell the "moonwalk trick."
13.) The fact that I can't type the name of one of my accounts, Malix08, without the censor starring out the "X."
That's all that comes to mind right now. I'm sorry if any of these refer to anyone, these are just my pet peeves.

i can't even type in "thats" or "wheres" at the begginning of a sentence anymore.
level 3's call me noob because i won't sell them my rune armor or weapon
jagex lowered the price of (h) shields so that when i got one and tried to sell it, nobody would even respond.
