CurvedSpace Forums: Update on the Guardians of Arcana (WoW Faction) - CurvedSpace Forums

I'm not sure if this was posted, but I'm just letting everyone know that Final F8 is now the faction leader of the Guardians of Arcana. I'm sure he'll do an awesome job, and anyone who plays WoW should check into the Eitrigg server as Alliance and contact him ("Carpathian" in-game). The guild has over 60 members and decent activity, but there just isn't much interest to check out SeeD, which is similar to a problem many WoW guilds have due to players being alt-happy. We can still be active there, and if enough WoW players in SeeD wish to join, I'm sure it'll be worthwhile.



As for why I left the position if anyone is wondering, WoW just isn't really my preference of MMO games, and it's not a good thing when a guild's leader has conflicting goals (or lack thereof). I don't really want to hold back a guild that is on its way to success, and I know that Final has spent a bit of time assisting with GoA. That, alongside SeeD's need for expansion, is pulling me back to EverQuest II where we already had some success in the past (a decent number spontaneously came to SeeD from that guild while it was active). It's going to take some preparation, but I plan to get the Legion of Aderon going again in a big way. So if anyone who happens to play EQ2 would like to help, please send me a PM.

So congratz to Final, and good luck with the guild! I'll help with anything I can from the side of the community or promotion, and I'm sure GoA can be a success if there's enough interest here.

I'll do my best to get a little more life into the Guardians of Arcana. I've got a bit of experience in that sort of thing in SeeD before, so I'll have to see how it works out.

I'm not on WoW ALL the time, but I do try to get on when I have a chance. (Which is usually about once every 2 or 3 days)

So anyone who plays WoW, feel free to come on Eitrigg and join the Guardians of Arcana. As Cspace said, add me in-game: Carpathian.
