Oh yeah, I finally learnt the reason why I don't end up being extremely sick after getting drunk today! I was talking with my clarinet teacher and he was just wondering how the party was last week (he already knew about my other escapades) and if I'd been sick. So then he asked if my parents knew, and I said I was always allowed wine at dinner parties and that I used to go wine tasting with my mum in the Hawke's Bay years back.
He says the reason why I don't get sick, and why I can handle so much alcohol, is because I've been "weaned" onto alcohol from a young age.
