I'm not talking that mental retardation is a joke. My apologies, I stepped out of line with this one. Getting on with the VT shooting, this poor kid was really disturbed, it makes me ask questions like, "Why?" "What did these people ever do to you?"
This kid talks about he is like Jesus and that he is on some personal crusade for his people, well if he was on a personal crusade then what the hell justifies murdering innocent people?

Only if you define "average intelligence" as a single point (not, as would be more appropriate, a range), calculated as the median average of the intelligence of each person in the population, and this average is not equal to the intelligence of any person in the population.
Otherwise, it's ~1/2 at best. ;P

If somehow not, I'll elaborate.
People knew this guy had problems. Still, apparently it wasn't addressed, at least not by the right people. Same thing once the shooting started. It took about two hours for the campus to start doing something about it. The administration could have at least warned everyone and started a lock down. Unless of course the campus administration didn't know about it for that time, then it would be poor communication between the dorm and the office, not the office and the rest of the campus.
