Hmm, I"m not sure, because mdogg was the most specific in his answer, even though he answered last. I think I'm going to have to give it to hulk man, though. But make sure next time you're more specific. Two more questions until I start putting out semifinalists' questions. Here's the 5th question:

The HTML code for yellow happenens to be ranged from FFFF00 to FFFF99 so techincally the colours are FFFF00, FFFF33, FFFF66 and finally FFFF999
