the bandit camp is right above the black fortress... and also before you enter there... there will be bandits greeting you with their swords on your plate armor...

Don't worry too much about black heather, just 3 item in there, run past all the bandits, find/kill Black Heather, and log if you see a pker. She drops a key, then just run back past the bandits. Taking a little bit of food would be a good idea, but nothing there is too dangerous.

Muler that one is south of taverly in the peice of land that is almost surrounded by water. I think it's the westernmost part of it.
