I was fishing in Catherby when Smsquirrel32 started asking for money since he'd been scammed. I asked him if he could tell me more and he said some guy led him to a forest and told him he could duplicate money by dropping it and pressing Alt-F4. I asked if he knew the guy's name and he told me it was "Imfromtexas" so I decided to investigate.

Here's my conversation with him:


Next time I see Smsquirrel on, I'll ask him if he got his money back... we'll figure things out from there, I suppose.

If he ends up returning the money, would this count as preventing a scam?

I doubt he's a real 'Scammer'; He probably didn't want to, but out of anger did anyways. He says he will give the stuff back, or maybe he won't..Y'Never know.

He probably felt scared that he was going to be banned, so he tried to prevent it.

A lot of people have heavy concience and give stuff back when they're recognized as scammers.
