I was randomly training combat when a fairly noobish friend of mine PMs me saying how much are rune plates worth, so he knows how much to sell for after he tells some guy his password so the guy can give him a rune plate . After 10 minutes of trying to convince him not to do it and him merely saying 'I asked him if he's a scammer and he said no.' in return, I just gave up and messaged the guy myself. Much to my delight after I warned him to leave my friend alone he said he was JaGeX staff, giving me enough proof to use The Button™. Just for good measure I got my friend to report him too, so the situation isn't looking too good for him.



I missed a lot of what he was saying, but i got the part where i reported him in the name of SeeD, and him saying he was a member of Jagex, so close enough..
