Nerzuul utilizes the night orb, emulating the night in the cave.
"Xinxion... is that you? I haven't seen you since I left the mortal plane.. Ahh well.. ready for some killing? My presence here will bring some tough contenders.."

Nerzuul retaliates with a stab in the creature's Heart! The creature begins to bleed a lot!
