That's right, we're bringing back the weekly meetings/parties/events. They will be on every Saturday at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time unless enough have trouble with this time weekly (not required to attend every meeting obviously, but this seems to be the best time for most time zones). We would basically discuss issues or whatever first (short), often followed by either a planned or spontaneous event of the design of those attending (something fun: party, wilderness raid, train, contest, etc.). They are basically up to everyone to organize, and there will be a sub forum of Events to assist with this once meeting leaders are established. These meetings will allow everyone to get together and keep events coming, along with the usual scheduled events these will always be here to attend if anyone is interested.

Anyway, before we begin with these meetings, we must determine who our meeting leaders will be. The following are the requirements:

- Must have been active in SeeD for at least six months.
- Must have a rank of at least Commander.
- Must be active and interested in attending as many meetings as possible.

If you fit these conditions you are elligable to become a meeting leader. As a meeting leader you would be expected to attend as many meetings as possible and keep them moving smoothly to the best of your ability. You are not required to make announcements (please leave them to those who have something to announce, you don't need to speak for them unless they ask you to do so). You do not necessarily need to run the events which go with the meetings, your job is to keep the meetings going and be sure that they actually happen. In the upcoming Meeting Forum you will help organize events if anyone suggests a plan for something for an upcoming meeting. It's a fairly easy but important job, and if the meeting leaders are not active the meetings could go down the tubes.

Anyway, unless enough object to this, we will conduct a vote for those who feel suitable for the job. The meetings are purely for the clan and the clan should run them independently so they will not be boring. The leaders should attend if possible, but I know that many (including myself) have very crazy schedules and will have to do things on a day-by-day basis. Meetings should be fun, so when the poll is up, choose who you believe will keep the meetings upbeat, interesting, and fun.

Note: Currently three SeeDs will be given the job so we are likely to always have at least one at every meeting for now.

Addition: If you are interested in the job, feel free to reply here or make a thread somewhere else regarding this. Please do not make more than one thread however.

Also, the first meeting will not be this Saturday. It could be next Saturday, but that may be pushing it a little. We'll see how things go, just remember to reply to this before July 14th to make your interest official (may be extended).

I would be glad to lead meetings. I did lead the last one after Glam's wedding for those that actually were mature enough to listen for 2 minutes while I made announcements and answered any questions that people had.

I'm very busy, but should be able to make atleast 2 or 3 each month

While I would love to participate/lead these meetings every week, I often find my family doing something at about that time... I would apply, but I'd probably be there only 20% of the time or so. Ah wellz

Hiya guys I'd just like to note that because of my condition I won't have a set schedule so I may come toa clan meeting or event or maybe I'll go to the hospital to get a blood transfusionso I cant really say im going to be on when I might not.

I'll sign up for it, even though it pretty difficult for me to attend events, I'll work my way into them. I've got ideas for the meetings already, too (the events part). Like I mentioned somewhere else, too, we could discuss suggestions during the first part (that could improve SeeD).

P.S. Star should automatically be made one since I've seen her at every one of my events since she's been here and the few that I've attended.
