I was at basketball camp today, the last day of basketball camp, actually. We were walking back to camp from the Oxford Valley pool when one kid starts throwing walnuts at me. I told him to stop, but he kept on going. I went back and punched him in the face. He was hitting me with rocks, nuts, food, whatever he could for the past week. I didn't exactly get in trouble, but the incident did get written up.

Finally I had cooled down when the camp snob comes up to me and just randomly curses, slaps, and shouts at me. I was not in the mood for that. I told him to f--- off and go play somewhere else. This just rewarded me with another string of curses. I grabbed him and yelled at him to shut the f--- up. I'm usually not like this, but that little jerk was annoying me for the past two weeks. I threw my empty water bottle at him and he started crying. I swear, I was ready to beat him up.

Before you respond, take in these factors:

Fight 1:
It was 93 degrees outside
I put up with rocks being thrown at me for a week

Fight 2:
It was 93 degrees inside
I put up with that kid for two whole weeks
If I didn't hit him, someone else would

I'm too angry to deal with anyone right now, so I'm going to take out my anger on the Nazis in Battlefield 1942.

I'm a hockey fan, so my vote doesn't count too much. Personally, I'd do the same thing, wrong or not.

My temper doesn't have the capacity to handle jerks. I really don't want to waste my control on them. If someone says to you" If you show them they get to you, they'll keep being jerks" respond by saying,"Fine, if they come back and get beaten again, what do I care?"

Yes you should of fought back.

I hate those people who say you should never fight back whatever the circumsatnces, never say anyone else is wrong and always say sorry.

You schould have fought them but like killer im a texan and everyday there are at least 15 peeps going to the hospital in our small neighborhood so you can get the picture that happend to me once and i just picked up a stick and smacked him for like 10 mins and left him bleeding i did go toanger mangement at the school for that even if i didn't need it but still heh, he was going to get it some day and just happend that his old friend would give him what he deseverd as you can guess we aren't friends anymore lol but was fun to put his face in the dirt.. i better stop before i go in deapt and list every fight ive been in .. oh and p.s. its night now and it 98 degeers out so the heat may have started a few fights

I try to avoid fights and just outsmart the other person, except for when Anti-Semtism comes into play. Then all rules are void and its time to fight.

Oh yea, fight if there are rocks, but taunts no.

I get in at least 3 fights every year... Which probably sounds like nothing to you guys, but here, that's too much...

I have "temper problems", as the counselers call it. Dam their sad, stupid souls.

I don't put up with people to much so I think fighting back was the right thing to do.

as i've taken Karate, i don't get into fights.. they must throw the first punch... i try to avoid all fights unless they start it first, then it's on

i don't get into fights alot anymore, since for some odd reason i give a scary or all ways angry look and i think i scare people

but as long as they threw the first punch first, you have all the right to kick their.. well, you know what i mean

i was wonderin ur age cause of ppl throwin rocks.....im 17 so no rocks are thrown but ppl get their turkey beat all the time, more like lead pipes and fistpacks are what ive saw during fights.....still how did u get caught?

The fact that I punched the guys in front of at least three councelers both times might have something to do with it.

eh......there was a kid in my school that punched out 3 teachers and a couselor one time....and he was a like 12. it was awesome! y fight in front of a teacher? w8 until they leave

EDIT: then just pull out ur katana and have fun : P (its an inside expression)
