Peter got fired, so he went on welfare. He got an incorrect amount of money, and didn't report it, so he got arrested. This was the first episode.

Right, but they do get sent to jail for a different reason.....
Peter wants to make it up to Lois and give back the taxpayers dollars. He wants to make sure she can see him so he rents a blimp, flys over the Superbowl and starts dumping money out. Which then starts a riot and securty shoot the blimp down and it crashes into the Superbowl.....

Ok, in the episode, "Peter Peter caviar eater" how do the Griffens get a mansion? And how do they loose the mansion?

Lois' aunt dies, so they get the mansion. Lois gets fed up with the way Peter is acting, so she leaves with the kids. Peter feels bad, and goes back to Quahog.
EDIT: Peter had to sell the house to pay for the vase he bought.

He was on house arrest. He wanted to be able to drink at a bar, so he built one.

Both got the 1st part right, but why is he on house arrest?
He built the bar because he was on house arrest and he wanted to see his friends, but couldn't leave the house. But why was he on house arrest?

in chris's soccer game peter punched a lady that looked like a guy and he was put under house arrest. he wanted 2 drink while he was udner house arrest so he made a bar in his basement
