Well, I have considered this but currently it is not possible. It isn't really that I don't trust anyone, there are certain members that I would not worry at all about regarding admin powers. It is purely a security issue. I only log onto the Admin CP on a certain computer and Rylkan's computer is quite secure (and I know this for a fact, I know the one who secured it and I trust him). He has been busy but tells me that he plans to become more active relatively soon. Please don't IM him about it though, his personal screen name isn't a support name or anything and large numbers of IMs can sometimes cause trouble with what he is doing (and please don't spread it if you know it).
Thanks for bringing it up though, it's a fine idea with the exception of the technical aspects which do not make it possible at the moment.

There's also the thing about Cspace paying for all of this. It'll be easier to punish a hacker of an admin if it's Cspace, But with a bunch of admins it would get confusing. :\
