I'm anti-Bush and anti-Kerry as well, but for reasons that I won't take time to explain (I'm on my break) I'd choose Kerry over Bush.

Not that I'm a HUGE fan of Bush, but I would take him over I-can't-throw-a-baseball-omg-let's-raise-taxes Kerry.

The only problem I really have with Bush is that he doesn't appreciate the environment as much as he should. Now I'm by no means a tree-hugging liberal, but I think we can be a little more conservative with trees than what Bush wants to do.

As a side note, I DO think we should drill the Alaskan Oil Reserve... Just so we don't depend on people who, for all intents and purposes, hate our guts. Like the Islamic OPEC countries.

I hate politics... plus, both are morons.

And please don't start yammering about Kerry's IQ.

I'm sick of that bull.

Not only was that also racist, but it was extremely hypocritical. To top it off, Danny isn't even American. eek7.gif

Even though I don't live in the US, From what I've seen of both of them, I like Bush better... not sure why bluetongue.gif

Bush, Kerry will raise taxes, Bush lowered them.

P.S. Kerry won 3 purple hearts, in case you haven't heard.

Are Bronze Stars and Silver Stars considered purple hearts? Because I read in yesterday's Chicago Tribune in a story about Kerry that he'd won one Silver Star, one Bronze Star, and one Purple heart, all for scrapnel wounds. The Silver Star was pretty impressive because he lead a succesful attack and the Bronze Star for saving a fellow soldier from drowning under a river, considering that they were under fire from the VietCong.

And now we have the quote of the day, from greenl2l: PLONGED!!!

Kerry was in a Patrol boat on the river. Another man from Kerry's boat went on the radio and said Kerry got the purple hearts from self inflicted wounds.

And worst of all, when he returned from Vietnam, he threw his medals back at the country. I don't give a crap about anything else, but throwing your medals at a country, then breaking the Code of Honor is the worst thing you can do in the military.
