-~*Brankist walks into the Guild House, with a gust of wind slamming the door behind him. He walks to a chair and brushes off some spider webs that were woven, and rests his rod horizontally on the backrest and sits on it. He gestures to order a hot cup of tea with his old, streaked hand. *~-

*An old paladin walks up to Brankist with a cup of tea*

"Welcome to the guildhouse of Frionia, how may I help you?"

A voice, barely audible from outside the window, says: "Poor spiders..."

~There was a long, deep pause before the mysterious old man answered. When he did, the voice was rasped and rusty, but the spirit of it was warmthful.~

"Yes... I am searching for a rod that can keep me alive in my weary years. I did master the bo staff... ( )"

-Brankist takes a loud sip of the tea, and sets the cup down. Another long pause before he takes a great belch. *urp* -

"Ah, I see... But I see that you're carring a nice and new staff! I hear that a trade ship has landed a little to the east with quite a few excited Traders, maybe you should go and see them to see if any have better staves for you. We've been fresh out of staves ever since the termite incident a few weeks ago!"

*The old paladin laughs*

OOC: You'll be able to upgrade your equipment more easily when DStorm is updated. It will be very soon and many more items will become available. The reference to "Traders" is pertaining to the next update when Traders have item-making abilities.

*Brankist finishes the rest of the tea and set the cup down on a wooden table.*

"Ah... then I must be off. Remember; yer brother taint no other mother! "

-~*Brankist stands up, with the raveled cloak whip down. He saluted to the sage briefly, then turned to the door which was a brisk white on the sillhouetted windows. He opened the door and seemed to have little bracement upon the great winds that blew in snow and ice into the warm guildhouse. In seconds, Brankist had disappeared in the madness of the blizzard.*~-
