I think they could have been charged with a federal offense (broke a law, if that was an incorrect name)

Oh my! We had a war with Dragon Rulers and that clan wanted to ally with us because they were also enemies with DR. It was funny cause a little guy came to us and asked us to ally, making several notes that Clan AKA was the strongest clan around, then saying that AKA really needed FireBirdz help or they would lose the war...
