That is a pretty interesting windows and buttons theme. What did you do to get it? I'm guessing it's a downloaded feature since I don't have it.

The program is called WindowsBlinds 4.3 I believe you have to buy it. im not sure on the details, my brother installed it on mine so i can have like.. W00T screen and stuff. It altars the window only, not the background, and the one i have makes this sweet little sound when you minimize and maximize, and resore size.

P.S. it also lets me make the window screen small, ill post a pic.
