PLEASE do NOT make events members only unless it is absolutely essential to the event!

Some people aren't members, and its really annoying to not be able to go to events that are in member worlds

Who cares if noobs interfere? we can intimidate them till they go away!

sorry for the outburst

Some people like to have member events since there are better places to hold them, more items to use/drop, and many more things to do. If you are a free server player, you can attend the many free events.

Many people like to have KBD events, which have to be members only.

Why don't you give Xalibur a warning too? No wonder I became mad. I hate noobs who think they are so good and think they own the place. He deserved every single part of my message.

He doesn't need a warning because he didn't insult anyone. Also, he didn't derserve any part of your post. He said please twice (one in the post, one in the title), and sorry at the end of his post. I highly doubt he thinks he's so good and owns the place since he's asking politely.

He even wrote "unless it is absolutely essential to the event!". So things like KBD trips or gnomeball parties or w/e you members do go under that category.

I don't even understand why you're so angry when he's just asking for a little request.

Viet is exactly right. If there is going to be a rune drop party, why do it on members when you can do it on free servers? Now, if there is a KBD Trip, you might have a hard time finding the KBD on a free server...

Your warning will be removed after an apology is given to Xaliber and if there isn't an apology I will remove it in 2 weeks.

"A little request", you say? Well, I hardly see that as "a little request". Heck, people should of course make members events if they want to. I don't want some guy to just come here and tell everyone that we can't make events members, lol.

Edit after reading Baseballl's post: Members would deserve a drop party more than f2p, athough f2p could need one now and then. If you could give a rune plate to one with combat level of 60(who wasn't very rich), or give it to one on level 3, what would you choose?

And no, I will NOT apologize for this.

This is another stupid conflict that keeps Seed in this "jump on everyone for nothing" phase. If people would stop jumping on people for doing little or nothing, then we wouldn't be put in this situation making me look strict.

He just wants to be able to attend events, it isn't a big deal.

Edit to Danny's edit: You are implying that free server players are noobs. I would rather give it to someone who "wants" it and will earn it, not someone who is level 60 and has skills to buy it himself.

Fine, it really isn't a big deal. He had an outburst, and I had one. But I'll still not apologize.

Edit after eading Baseball's post: Oh, so you would rather give it to someone who would get scammed, and sell it for 100gp?

Perfectly fine. You can chose to be looked down upon by a Seed and not apologize or apologize and possibly have another friend in the clan.

The warning will be removed September 19th.

I would also like to apologize to Xaliber for being subject to this.

You assume all free players a stupid, when this is just not the case. And even if they do not know about the game, should they be made fun of for that?

So, you'd rather give something to someone who can't earn it with their low skills over someone who can earn it, but still wants it? I don't get your logic.

Still, it should be the party thrower's choice. They should consider that there are many f2pers in the clan, but it's their choice. If I were p2p, I'd probably throw p2p parties.

basically another one of them members deserve it things. YES im a member but i still prefer f2p events, why? because theres more people, more people interested in SeeD and its a bigger turnout, plus people are so strong on p2p pk trips are hard.... Though Some events should be p2p such as Drop Party involving members items, kbd, gnomeball etc.

P2p just has more to do... so im biased with the argument now.. gah ignore me..

*sigh*

Okay, it should have been obvious that explainations would not work, so rather than trying to add on to this, let me propose a solution:

If you see there are a bunch of events going on that is p2p, and you want to go to an event that is f2p friendly... Make An Event! It is so easy to complain... but it takes effort to actually Do something about it.

If you run an event, you could give whatever items you want to whomever you want... none of this "Well he is a noob", "Well he can earn it", "Well he 'might' be scammed" this and that. You make the event, you post about it, you advertise it, and if people can come, they'll go to your event.

It doesn't even have to be posted either. If you feel spontaneous, in-game message a few of your friends and go on a wildy run, a trawler run, 0wn some monsters, whatever you want. Even if an event is spontantous, it could be just as fun if not more, just because you're playing with your friends.
