Help Me Learn Elvish please

ok i have an elvish to english dictionary....now i just need to learn how to speak or at least type the language. can anyone help me learn it? how ever you do it just help please. 1zhelp.gif

attack:70/70-done
defense:60/70
strength:70/75
ranged:66/70
prayer:47/50

runecraft:19/54
agility:36/53
fletching:63/70
woodcut:55/60

currently training-woodcut

image needs updating but im lazy, combat 83 now, and 985 total lvls.

where did you get the dictionary? ive never seen anything like it in any bookshops before. and as for how to type it, maybe insert symbol in word could get individual letters?

on google search for elvish translator or somethin, u mite get one tht translates english to elvish, i had a albhed one once.
