I thought we can probably have another selection of army. Except they won't fight they help. Help as in they supply things. I pmed cspace about it, but didn't reply.... sad.gif

What I meant about things are like
Food: Although I am not a member, but most wars are in f2p right...
Armor: Maybe Some Mith, Steel, But the more members the more chance of getting more things right???
Weapons: Swords, stuff....
Others: Harpoons.... etc..... feathers....

So what ya guys think...
Should we include this or not?

EDIT:
Positions:

Suppliers, eh? It could work fairly well, although it's been a while since SeeD kept a stock of items ready for war (we're so intent on pacifism, they'd probably never be used grnwink.gif ). However organising people that would have a supply of stuff ready if we ever did go to war is a good idea.

Oh, and Cspace has a LOT of PMs, so don't take it personally that he didn't reply to it (or hasn't yet)

i think that the army should be more active.

something like weekly pk trips or monthly scrimmages

the pk trips would be financed by the member attending (meaning armor, food, and stuff are from the member themselves.)

the scrimmages should have suppliers such as miners and smithers to make full steel and fishers and cookers to get the food and so on. Of course this group would be voluntary.

At least this way, everything would be more active there and we would be better able to tell how many people are actually in this thing.

I can see it all now.. "The SeeD Suppliers" sounds like a good idea (if we're ever put to war that is) If its implemented, I'll join TheSmile.gif.

I don't see why not. We probably won't use it since we rarely go to war, but hey, if we have an army "just in case" why not have a supply line "just in case"?

Other than the problem of choosing the bank character's owner (someone who has an insanely low chance of quitting RS or SeeD, losing their internet connection for a long period of time, or stealing items) I say go for it TheSmile.gif

Alternatively have the supplies split up among members, those that are actually supplying them anyway. That way if somebody quits or becomes inactive, it doesn't matter as much.

you can use a bank character but they cant intereact with main, so you can go on the bank guy when someone has stuff and then they trade to it.

Please don't PM things like that to Cspace. PM them to SeeD Support instead and you're definitely going to get a reply a lot faster. grnwink.gif Cspace is too busy to answer things like these now, don't take it personally like Goto said. I'm just saying this for your benefit. grnwink.gif

Right now The Galbadion Legion is lead by Genesis. As for positions, those are pretty much the SeeD Jobs listed in the Jobs List section of the site. Here's all the current war-related jobs:

Archer- You would use a bow in PKing groups, as well as during battle if a war were to occur. If you are a Ranger, you cannot be a Dark Wizard or Knight (as a job).
Level Two Archer (Requirement: level 45 ranging): Ranger- You would fire at higher level enemies than Archers (unless someone else is a higher priority). You may bring a low level sword if needed (and if archers are not needed as the battle progresses).
Level Three Archer (Requirement: level 70 ranging): Trueshot Ranger- You would fire at the highest level enemies (unless someone else is a higher priority). You may bring a higher level sword (up to adamant two hander) to use if needed.

Dark Wizard (or "Dark Mage" upon request)- The same as a Wizard, but Dark Wizards would specialize in casting destructive spells during battle against an enemy clan (if a war were to occur). If someone becomes a Dark Wizard, it replaces Wizard if that was a previous job. If you are a Dark Wizard (not "Wizard") you cannot be a Ranger or Knight (as a job).
Level Two Dark Wizard (Requirement: level 45 magic): Sorcerer- A Dark Wizard (or Dark Mage) specializing in slightly higher level destructive spells.
Level Three Dark Wizard (Requirement: level 70 magic): ArchWizard- A Dark Wizard (or Dark Mage) specializing in the most destructive forms of spells.

Knight- Someone with this job specializes in close-range combat with an enemy clan (if war were to occur). All Knights should bring bows as well as close range weapons if they are decent in ranging, providing a devastating finale to a battle with many people ranging a few (if there are fewer enemies than Knights). He/she should be backed up by a Ranger or Dark Wizard. If you are a Knight, you cannot be a Ranger or Dark Wizard (as a job).
Level Two Knight (Requirement: level 50 in attack, strength, or defense): Warrior of Truth- Same as Knight, though focusing on higher level enemies (than other Knights).
Level Three Knight (Requirement: level 57 in attack, strength, and defense, as well as a prayer level of 34): Paladin- Same as Knight, though higher level equipment may be used. They would focus on the highest ranks.
Level Four Knight (Requirement: combat level of at least 80): Myrmidon- Same as Knight, though our greatest rank of warriors.

Mercenary- SeeD is considered an elite group of mercenaries (in Final Fantasy VIII), but obviously everyone doesn't want to fight for other clans' purposes. But those who do want to be Mercenaries in SeeD could be asked to help fight with an allied clan during a conflict (based on what the clan needs). As a Mercenary you may also be a Ranger, Dark Wizard, or Knight, but it doesn't necessarily apply in other clans.

Messenger- This is purely a wartime job, but a Messenger would bring supplies to the forces from outside the wilderness (support during large battles).

Surveillance Specialist- It may sound like a stupid job, but this is actually very important if there is a chance of a surprise attack. It's not as important if a battle has started, but it is important if the Surveillance Specialist follows another player and does nothing but watch and rotate the map to see if anyone appears (and send warnings). If holding a location, Surveillance Specialists will scan as large an area as possible to provide an early warning of an attack, while the forces remain at the location (this is VERY important when dealing with enemy clans). This is also useful in PKing groups.

There could be more made like the SeeD Suppliers, too, and anything else suggested. grnwink.gif
