Ladies and gentlemen... La Hamburguesa de la Noche has arrived!
What in the hecks took you so long?
Well, first I had to work out what had to be removed from the internet version (in this case, A.J.'s and Johnny's last names), then the master DVD got stolen and microwaved, then I couldn't get my video editing stuff to work on XP... but now everything's come together.
OK, that's nice, but what is it?
In short, it's a movie my friends did for their Spanish class, and I was invited to be an extra. It's basically 7.5 minutes of subtitled, dubbed hilarity featuring bad acting and such.
How do I get myself a copy of this fine film?
Currently the address is http://phiburger.zap...ernet_Edit).avi. The compression made the subtitles a bit blurry so I made a list of them for ya - it's not a full script; just the subtitles. That is available at http://phiburger.zap...rguesa_Subs.txt.
The movie is encoded with DivX, so you may not be able to play it right away. If this is the case simply go to www.divx.com and download the free version - it has no adware or spyware, and you don't have to use the DivX Player (once installed you can view the movie through Media Player, Winamp, etc). As for the list of subtitles, I'd laugh at you if you can't open a TXT file.
Also... both files are hosted on my personal computer! For the time being I'll try and keep it going 24/7, but if my computer or internet connection is off, no downloads. I also have both files in my shared folder for AIM and YIM, but again, it's running off my computer...
So who's in it?
Bad Acting
Pete - Crazy guy; Tall zombie
Matt - Guy who gives the story's moral
A.J. - Kid in Batman costume; Kid being chased by zombies (center of group); Anonymous Alien
Johnnie - Short zombie; Presidente Bob
Josh - Kid in... yellow costume thing; Kid being chased by zombies (right of group)
Justin - Scream guy; Kid being chased by zombies (leftt of group)
Crappy voiceovers
Pete - Crazy guy; Narrator who says "¡El tempesto es aqui!"; Presidente Bob
Matt - Flying saucer sound effects
A.J. - Kid in Batman costume; Scream guy; La Hamburguesa; Kid being chased by zombies (center of group); Anonymous Alien; Guy who gives the story's moral
Josh - Kid being chased by zombies (right of group)
Frank (not in credits) - Kid in... yellow costume thing; stab sound effect
Justin - Kid being chased by zombies (left of group)
"right of group" "left of group" and "center of group" refer to when the kids FIRST appear and are skipping towards the camera.
So what else can you tell me?
Everything through La Hamburguesa's speech was filmed in or around Justin's house; everything afterwards was filmed on Fort Ord. La Hamburguesa's speech was done while we filmed; the rest of the dubbing was done at school, during lunch, on a laptop and a crappy microphone.

1. Why do the guys run like gays?
2. Why is there a string above the talking hamburger?
3. Why is someone wearing a batman tshirt?
4. What is the stuff used to imitate suicide blood?
5. Why is the young zombie eating a... bad..... part of the kid?
6. I love the scream laugh!
7. Anonymous is spelt wrong.
8. How did you get the fading subtitles?
9. I know your last name! Haha!

1. I have no clue.
2. Because it's a talking hamburger.
3. A.J. is A.J.
4. I think it was maple syrup with food coloring.
5. It only looks that way because of the angle it was shot at, perv
6.
7. This goes along with the "bad acting and such" I mentioned.
8. iMovie.
9. Uh... I feel scared, I guess.
Hey, coulda edited it out if I wanted to... I don't really care if you know it; I just don't like it being obvious (e.g. caught by GoogleBot)

Yeah, a pain isn't it? I can't get better compression without screwing the quality unless I tweak a ton of settings... which I'm too lazy to do. And my Dr. DivX trial ran out, so I can't use that to make it easy... <_<

*Triple Post*
Holy DivX, Batman!
The movie is now compressed to a nice, healthy 33.5 MB
Very little quality was lost except in the subtitles (D'oh!) for which I've made a handy text file listing them all.
Check the top post for links to the movie and subtitle list.
