As far as I know, they've gotten their sprites from Google, just searching for 'Star fox sprites' or something. I know I found a site with a bunch of Sonic sprites on it.

Griffenclaw, you are right, we should not have used your sprites to make tons of money illegally, and will give you the money we made from them. If it were just a few kids making comics, that would be one thing, but since we profited from them, we apologize.

Most of the sites that actually display sprites will say that it's fine to use them. That's why they put them all up there, after all..
Just check that they do when you're trying to find sprites, Griffenclaw does have a right to be upset if his are used without permission. I think he may be over-reacting a bit though, it seems pretty obvious it wasn't done intentionally, and it was just for an extremely small-time comic thing.
However Griffenclaw, you can'tcontinue to come here and flame people with no hard evidence that they've done anything wrong or even that you're the legitimate owner of the sprites. You didn't even say which ones are yours, which makes it very difficult to do anything about it. Any more flaming from you or others in this topic won't be tolerated.

True, I must apologize for my outburst of anger. It was an uncalled for act.
I mostly doing this because I don't want them going onto another forum and doing it while getting flammed by more people then me. Just be glad it's not one of the people I talk to in chat... Their responses to this were "OMG! KEEL THEM ALL!1!"
I did something stupid last night and wrote that when I was angry, I should try to come up with more evidence then that. (Possibly actually ASK the owner.)
