Well, what were you expecting? People these days, geez...

Problem: I love Del Taco; it's my favorite fast-food restaurant and arguably the best Mexican fast-food chain out there. You may know this about me. You may also know that I'm irritated that our closest Del Taco is over an hour away. This is a pity.

Solution:

1. Take a PSAT/ SAT I prep course at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
2. After the class, drive an extra half-hour south on I-101 to Santa Maria.
3. Go to their Del Taco and order a Macho Beef Burrito (No tomatoes, easy sour cream, no lettuce - taking the lettuce off only because it will be microwaved later).
4. Drive directly home to Monterey and put burrito in fridge.
5. Purchase insulated lunchbox with hotpack.
6. In the morning, heat hotpack and insert in lunchbox. Heat burrito, wrap in aluminum foil and original wrapper, and insert in lunchbox with hotpack.
7. Enjoy hot, mostly-fresh burrito for lunch, generating envy from others in room.
