well thats carrying a concieled weapon. last time i checked that was against the law, but then again i dont live in the same country. if he uses it he can be arrested, and then all your troubles go away, so just hope he gets cocky and gets it out in front of a policeman or teacher or something.

Hold up there. Dont kick him or anything like that, you may end up getting even more hurt than before. If he has a knife, it is a concealed weapon and you can report him to your principal or even a police dept.
Don't fight back unless you absolutely have to butif he attacks first, then yes, you can count it as defence... PLEASE don't unless it's serious and he's actually attacking you or else it could get far worse.
DO NOT kill him! For God's sake guys, don't encourage very violent actions (my first post included, ) including death or even like other grusome things.

Hitting me in class in front of teach, the teach does nothing
Wants to sit beside me so he can hit me and try and provoke me
