There is a clerk at the front desk, and a notice board to the side. There also is a small sheet of paper at teh front desk detailing how to send letters, and general prices.

BODY: This is where you fill in the information. Please start with a subject. Thank you.

Out of town senders fee:
3 UCs if you are sending a letter to a location outside Aderon.
Carrier Fee:
2 UCs if you are sending money or an item.
Misc Fees:
Any fees that are specified by the person (IE Shipping and handling)
