im sorry guys but good charlotte is not punk you want punk you want The Ramones,The casualties,NOFX,MXPX,Anti-Flag,Rancid,Dead KEnnidies,Flogging molly,Dropkick murphies so check out those REAL punk bands kids sorry but it annoys me to see peopel saying gc is punk which they are not i dont knwo what to clissfy them but they are not punk i know what punk is cause im into the whole punk scene

dude the way you dress has nothing to do with being punk dude i dont wear black but i have libertie spikes sometimes but i dont dress punk but i am a punk so my frtiends say so cause i dont classify myslef but whatever and trust me they are no where near punk if youd listen to real punk with bands ive listed then youd know what im talking about toher wise you dont so maybe you should just try to understnad what the **** im talking about ok so go listen to some Ramones,The Casualties, flogging molly,mxpx,nofx,Rancid,The misfits

I call Good Charlotte "Blink-Punk", just like Christina Aguilara (sp?) is "Brit-Pop." I'm sure you can guess the origins of the terms.

No, you'll find it's not, it's just people wrongly titled the style of music punks listen to as punk. I prefer to call the genre Punk Rock. And even then I know punks who listen to other kinds of music.

I mean, you notice people who listen to punk rock all act the same, punk-like and we call them punks, it has a reason!

Any way the whole punk rock scene is being takin over by the emo scene which well they sometimes dress the same... but when you call ppl posers you mist lilley are one if you conform to a specific type of dress then you are what you say you are not,,, Like Hot Topic the basterd(do not censer not used as a bad word look it up and you will understand why its ok) child of Abacrombie and so is holisters just trying to profit off the styles of dress
