Do monsters still drop things on easter and halloween and stuff if so do they do it for non members?

the special holiday drops were ended last year (christmas 2003 was first holiday with no drop) so the answer is no, there are no hoiday drop anymore. (they were for f2p and p2p alike when they still happened)
