Lucien continues his digging, a bit higher in spirits now. He begins to chant/sing a sort of song as he works idly.
"Oh come along dearies follow me,
I'll take ye down t'the sycamore tree,
Plum puddin', and turnover apple pie.
Beneath its spreadin' boughs we'll lie,
With veggible pasty and damson tart,
We'll wheel it along in a little cart,
The birds will sing "Give us some do."
Oh the foods for us and crumbs for you.
So empty the cupboard out what do ya see,
A fruit cake for you an' a trifle for me.
There's bread an' cheese an' what do ya think,
A jugful of cordial for us to drink."
His eccentric song carried on till end..More so a chant, since he wasn't good at singing lively tunes. Wasn't used to them either...The song went a lonnng way back, back before he actually became a Rogue. He once aspired to be a bard, but to no avail. Seems he was the bard in a group of thieves. But he didn't mind, he was just as fiendish as any.
