www.freewebs.com is the one i use. it has more options than lycos.

firstly...where have been amazonqueen? I havnt seen you in ages. of course up till 2 and a half-3 weeks ago I had been gone along time myself...any ways its good to see you again...even if you dont remember me lol.

so web page host eh?... I have always liked angelfire.com . with its free service, you get uploading, web page wizards, assistance, and 20mb space(wich is enough for anything ive ever done). I like the html editor(webshell), easy sign up, and lists of other things...however there is only one way to start making really good sites and that is to learn a comp lingo, I suggest starting with html, and this free site will make learning it insanely simple html goodies, now for pic hosting (you might want to consider this for pics that you can just hotlink or whatnot to save space), I strongly recomend the image shack . this place is wonderfull!, totaly free(you can pay for but why would you lol), 1024kb of free storage place(thats not for everything you store...thats for every visit), no sign ups, and it give you a ton of cut and paste-able tags to post in whatever situation you would use the hosted pic in, all you do is browse from ur comp what you want to host and click host it...thats it, no catches, no annoying emails(the best image hosting I have ever found)...and that site html goodies that i mentioned heck if wanted you dont even have to learn it lol, you could concievably cut and paste ur way to a great web site, with only the slightest incling of what your doing.

if you can afford aroound seven bucks a month, there is one other place you should think about...ur own little virtual world(like rs or something) for that go toActive Worlds (AW). the entire aw world is not for every1 as it is endlessly expancsive and graphicaly advanced(eq Kind of graphics). but if just doing one lil web site it will be fine for any one( a p5 or p10 world wont kill any comp brain cells lol, and someone working off a dinosuar could pull good fps on it). I just mentioned the whole aw world becuase there are scrap yards(places with 10's of thousands of objects to use in building----this and exploring is main idea behind the whole thing, though there are some gaming worlds), and aw building school (teaches you how to copy objects turn the copy into other stuff, put in 100's of skins, and tectures ect..ect..)
