Why is it that Saj is being rebanned, i mean Death Snake got 800 days but made a new account noone cared.. Base also made a diff account after banning himself and done it.. so why must Saj be treated diff?

Because they are purposely trying to start, and continue, conflicts.
Base or Style didn't do that, and they were welcomed back. But you guys are trying to create conflicts, which is not tolerated.

Anyone banned can apologize.. An easy way is just to contact a leader on a messenger or in-game, and we'll let you on the forums to apologize and if things go well, remove your ban. But those indefinitely banned will not be allowed back on to cause trouble. Sajones, or anyone, can contact me on a messenger, or in-game and ask me about it.
In Death Snake's case, he came back and apologized. He also didn't come back to cause SeeD any trouble, he just wanted to be part of the community again.
When Base banned himself, the banning wasn't approved. I did not agree on the way he banned himself; what he did was not a bannable offense...

Ok what DS did was harsh. They apologized.
Saj goku and kc have been doing the same things they did. they've been warned several times. did they stop? no i dont think so. did DS and Base stop? yes.

If Saj posted illicit things on fer's forum, how is what Saj does on someone else's forums apply here?
If I went to Runehq or Runevillage and posted illicit things there, would I be punished here?
If I recall correctly, Ryl is a moderator on the Tip.it forums, if I posted crap there would I be punished?
I personally think what Death Snake did is a lot worse than what saj did. How are we positive that DS even meant his apology, other than his word..
