Right, at the time the spamming fersk board started i was added to a convo with the ppl who done it, they told me and linked me, so i went to the forum signed up to see, the whole time they were posting i knew what it was, i knew what was posted, i knew who did it.

The only thing posted was l33tspeak and n00b insults, KC had a avatar of a guy in a thong, and someones sig had two girls kissing, someones sig had a link to buying a video, but it just shown a video cover... (hey if somethin says OMFG CLICK HERE, you gotta see what it is )

Fersken came on RS this morning trying to sell me some story of what happened, he got very pissed when i laughed and told him i knew who it was and what was said, which is why hes got mad at me and wanting me banned from SeeD

There was no horrible porn pictures or **** like that, ffs.

EDIT: also the fact i signed up when it happened makes him think i did it.. but ive only got the guy Echliurn signed on there.

EDIT: you werent on the site at the time, you didnt have Fersken telling you they filled the forum with porn pics this morning.

I don't think we should be fighting over such stupid things. What they did was wrong, was disrespectful, and was very immature. Fersken has every right to ban them from his forums and Cspace can do whatever he wants to do. These people are disrupting this clan and trying to get us destroyed from the inside-out, instead of what Green did (outside-in). Killer and his friends want this clan disrupted, according to one of his "friends" telling me all this info (this person will remane anonymous).

If we just ignore these guys, or ban them, then they can't affect us and there won't be a problem. If we keep fighting back and giving them the attention that they desire, then they will keep bothering us. If we ignore them, they don't have anyone to cause damage to and they will soon stop.

If you're worried about being punished for anything, proof is needed. Don't worry about it

Ech, you're fine. If you did it something would have been done. You can be a friend to KC if you'd like, there's nothing wrong with it. I just don't want you lowering yourself to doing what they have been doing the past few days, it isn't worth it.

What they did was unprovoked, obviously harmful, and without a purpose. If they had a problem with SeeD and wished to stay, they could have expressed these issues in a decent manner. If they dislike our members or clan so much that it required the mockery and whatnot, they really shouldn't be here in the first place because they obviously aren't enjoying the community and others sure aren't enjoying their actions as a result. If after multiple warnings they continue and action is taken, then no one can say that they didn't have a chance to turn around.

Also... Going to someone else's site to get back at a member of SeeD is wrong. I don't care if a link is posted or videos are plastered all over the site, the intent is the same.

Echli, I understand what you're trying to do here, perhaps only a few really do too. I believe you're trying to get a point across stating simply that Fersken--according to you-- "Lied" about porn and other stuff. I wouldn't know anything about it so I won't state my say in that. What I will state is that we don't need to start this in this place too. We already have it in "This aint fair" And I've requested closage there until Cspace confirms the PM. I don't think we need two closed topics, do we?

All who were banned as a result were blatantly attempting to disrupt SeeD as well as almost systematically insulting members in SeeD beforehand. There was a warning that if it continued they would be banned.

... After the warning, instead of doing it here to target a member they went elsewhere to get him where it would hurt more - his own community... With no purpose other than to cause him trouble.

That is why they were banned. Whether it be mockery, flaming, harassment, or attacking Fer's site, they all have the same exact intent. It is that intent which is what forced me to uphold my warning.

I would give them the benefit of the doubt however. If in time no further problems are caused or attempted, I will remove their bans as I said in the warning. It will not be anytime soon but it doesn't need to be a permaban if they don't make it so.
