Something you must know Bespenta, is that this plan is completely flawwed. People can use it to get a point across and ban those whom they hate. Perhaps you were trying to do it for you, or perhaps for other people, to no avail, I assure you, it will NOT happen.

That's quite a generalization you're making there, Ruckus. Just by what you see in most Americans doesn't mean that everyone's like that. It could have been better stated by saying that MOST Americans suck, unless you have indeed met every single American and personally know that they all suck, which you don't.

Not a good idea. Like said earlier, it would be basically just controlled by grudges and opinions about other people. Imagine that you are a very active member who just hasn't been really friends with a few people. They decide to ban you for life, and part of your life has just been ruined. This idead could be improved so that only S-Mods could vote, if that's possible.
