Has anyone noticed a lack of... equality, lately? SeeD is a community were we should treat essentially everyone as equals, and I'm beginning to see differences in that. Certain members, nowadays, are treated like soccer balls, to be kicked around, ridiculed, and harassed at will. And then there are some people who no one can seem to get along with. You all know what I mean.

What I'm suggesting, right here, right now, is a clean slate. Forget about our past, forget about anything bad someone you know has done. Our pasts are behind us; this is the present. SeeD is a place where everyone should be given a chance. Why not give other people second chances to redeem themselves?

I just talked to Killerconvic. We all know him as more of a rebel - Harasser, insulter, everything most people hate to see in a person, on certain occasions. But, really, if you get to know him, he's a really nice guy. But because of his background, we can't seem to treat him as an equal, only someone to argue with or shun. But what about a second chance for him, for everyone?

What would you say if you could be given a second chance, after being pushed away from society, thought as the very opposite of what you'd want to see in a person? Really, think about it. I know that in the past, we've had to clean a slate or two, but why not try again? Right now, tempers are a bit higher than usual, a bit more prepared to flare up when "needed". But why not forget all of that?

If we are the strong clan that we know we are, we can accept every single individual in this clan as an equal, go right back to sqaure numero uno. We'd certainly be a fair bit better off doing so. In life, just about everyone deserves a second chance to redeem themselves. This should be no different here in SeeD. If one person's actions were to continue, then fine, we could still go on thinking of them as we used to, a bit degraded and all, but for now, I think we can do better than that.

SeeD is all about the happiness of our members, and their well-being. (Not physically, unfortunately. bluetongue.gif) As it is right now, I think it would be to just about everyone's interest to go back to the drawing board. If you think you can drop a grudge against someone, and accept them back as you had before then, why not accept this idea?

So what do you all say? SeeD is a great community, as it is, but why don't we work to make it greater? I say, bring it on! What do you think about that?

I have to totally agree with this one! We should all put aside the past and get on with the present. We shouldn't argue over past conflicts that seem to spring up from nowhere. Be nice to all those you have argued with and forget about all the fights.

It seems to me all the fighting is getting in the way of all the fun so everyone make amends and be happy biglaugh.gif

^^ Thanks Ayumi, you rock!! ^^
