Yeah, you basically kill ALOT of monsters/people within the level limit it says on www.runehq.com and hopefully you get a clue. These clues take you ALL over the game of runescape and usually leave you tired and with crappy stuff. However, you can get very good stuff too, ranging from prices of 250k to 1.5mil

u can get guilded armor which sells for like 3+ per peice i believe
