Yew Chopping Event

i've decided to make an event, and the event will be of 2 parties, one with yew chopping, one with yew burning, it will happen at world 32 at 20:00 gmt next sunday...
World 32
20:00 GMT
EASTERN: 15:00

Just as a note, approximately 7 people in this clan that are active can burn yews checking the seed highscores topic...

you'll be lucky if you get around 3 or 4 people...

btw: who really would want to burn yews? That's just kinda weird...

Well Superchao burned 5500 yews, go ask him..

A) it gets you good firemaking; which gets you a good chance of getting cloth at Mort Myre; which gives you mage armour.

Ech hit the nail right on the head.

You need 80 firemaking to burn magic pyre logs... higher chance at cloths And rune stuff. Very profitable if done right.

In the beginning I made anywhere from 25k to 1 mil in a run... now i'm not so lucky with the pricedrop, but I still like the overall exp. (Prayer, Firemaking, Combat)

Yew Is f2p as a matter of fact. They're in edgeville, varrock, north of port sarim, south of falidor... and other places I dont know about. I might break down and buy yews just to get the 80 firemaking, although I dont want it to get to that. It'd cost me 2 mil to get to that point as of now eek7.gif

Oh, and if i'm the only firemaker there, I don't mind... really... biglaugh.gif

edit: btw: 32 is a london f2p server for clarification.
