Its like everything else. its just like you normally train. when you chop wood, you give the logs automatically to the woodcutter. and the same with everything else. when your population likes you 100% you cant help. you have this chest thingie with money, and there the money income comes. its full when you have 5000k there. and the workers get 10% of the money. hmm.. any other questions?

soo... this is a quest that gets you a chest that after a bit of work, you get 4500k? and you can do this over and over? why would you do this? its not a good way to make gp, its a long way from everywere.. i'm missing something still arent i..

The quest is about becoming king of the new island, as a reward you get the people to do jobs... either a bit of woodcutting, fishing, mining or collecting herbs. If you help them with their jobs and pay them more then they'll work harder and get more resources

from the way things look... I doubt any money is made in this. Not directly anyways. It looks like you either get herbs, coal, maple logs or tuna/swordies. The gp is only an investment. If you talk to the advisor, he talks about resources. Earlier he talks about the resources being the coal and stuff.
