[Serenarocks]

Must complete Remennik trials.
For this quest you need: 1 iron bar, flowers or 15gp, cake, a ring, an axe. For this guide you need to be a girl. Or at least for step 2.
You also need at least one of the following: 45 woodcut, 30 fishing, 35 herblore, 30 mining.
Note: Dont kill the villagers.

1. Start this quest by talking to the king of Miscellania, he will tell you that he needs help ruling the kingdom. You must be of royal bloob to do this, so he tells you to marry the prince or princess.

2. Talk to Ghrim, the advisor. Then, go to the princes room. (South of the throne room.) Talk to him, complimenting only. (when you talk only compliment him, or youll have to take more time to marry him.) Then when he wont talk anymore, give him some flowers. Talk some more, until he stops again. Use the "clap" emoticon. Talk more, until he stops once again. Then, give him cake. Talk again, until he stops, then use the emoticon "blow kiss". Then give him a ring (i dont think it matters what kind). He will say "yes" and this part of the quest is done.

3. The king also told you that he wants you to visit the neighbouring island, Etcetera. Go just North-East of the kingdom until you get to a bridge, across that bridge is Etcetera. Head to the palace and talk to the queen. She will talk to you for a bit, then go back to Miscellania and talk to the king again. He will tell you that he hates their anthem because its so insulting. Go back to the queen. Talk again and she will ask you for a better one. Now you must go to the prince again. He'll say he has already written one for them. Go see the queen. She will hate it, so go back to the palace again. Now talk to Ghrim again, he will revise the anthem and make it more suitable. Go back to the queen. She will give you a treaty.

4. Give the treaty to the king, he will say that he will agree to it, if only you can get him a pen to sign it with. Now get your iron bar and take it up to the North of the island. There is a smith there that will gladly make you a pen top. Then you will need the rest of it, so go cut down a normal tree and use the logs with it. Now you have a giant pen. Go back to the king. Now you just need the population to want you as their leader.

5. Now get either and axe, a pickaxe, a fishing rod, or 15gp. You use one of the skills required to win over the population. To rule the country you need at least 75% of the population to like you and want you as their leader. Now you can start working. Go to ghrim to see what amount of the population you have. When you get to 75% or more, go to the king again and you will have finished the quest.

You receive: some of the goods that the population gets and 1 qp.
