They'll keep rising.
1. Basic law of supply and demand. Supply will never increase (unless Jagex changes their plans, or some new dupe bug is discovered), and demand probably won't drop.
2. Christmas is coming, increasing demand for a Christmasy item.

Yeah - I tell them I got the Santa as a birthday present and their reaction is like:

Not only did rat give both of you a santa hat, he gave me one as a christmas present the year they were released. 
We were both unlucky enough to miss the drop, but he bought a couple cheap off a low-level, and gave one to me (he knew I was pretty upset about missing it).
Maybe he wants to be the new Superchao.
I didn't realise they'd risen in price quite that much.
Still, I think I'll hang on to mine. I really like it, and it has sentimental value. I don't think I'd sell it unless it rose enough that I could buy a dragon med with it.
