We all know the approaching time of year - the winter holidays. Chanukah, Christmas, Ramadan, Kwanza, whichever holiday you may celebrate, it's fine. There's snow, school closures, family time, school closures... But mostly there's the holidays - a great time to spend time with the family, cram down tons of food, and get presents.
