Now that castle wars has been running for a while, I think, for the benifit of the rest of the clan, we should compile everything we know into some sort of plan that is the best way to go about cracking heads in Runescape's best minigame yet. So, what works for you?

Nah the best tactic is to start yelling *poke* and they'll be like "What the... who is this guy?!" and charge you so that your team can slide by and you'll be having fun all the time
Or you get into their Castle, blend in, and scream "Everyone gang up on so-and-so" and they'll charge at that one person (Works all the time - I was yelling out "Gang on Leftyy" and the whole battlement was killing him
) so that tactic as well should never fail. Grab the flag once they're ganging on that person and make a quick exit

^^ Thanks Ayumi, you rock!! ^^
How many five-year-olds could you take in a fight?
Red Carnation, Hibiscus. Spiderflower. White Violet... Peony?

I'm looking forward to seeing that Alpha
.
In the meantime, kill the person destroying your catapult before you fix it! More often than not the other team lets me run through an entire inventory of explosive potion before they finally kill me. . . and regularly they allow this 3, 4, 5 times per game
. And it doesn't work to yell at the destroyer to stop
.

Basicly, I run around the no-mans land area. If it's below lvl 75 I charge it
! If other people are attacking while it's lvl 100 or below, I'll charge it
!
And if my side gets the flag (when I see the arrow on the map) I'll make my way to them and do my best to charge at people there

One thing I've learned, and I probably shouldn't reveal this, but I will anyway.
Get a gang of about.. 10-15 high level players to guard the flag on the top of the tower. Have them all merge together in the corner next to the door, and move the mouse over the door area. A barricade sitting in the doorway is sometimes useful, keeping intruders in and not letting them escape. its quite easy to have every single person gang up on a single intruder that way.

Overwhelmed as one would be, placed in my position.
Such a heavy burden now to be "The One".
Born to bear and read to all the details of our ending
To write it down for all the world to see.

Woodcutting: 57/70...
Fletching: 55/65...
Thieving: 32/40...
Combat: 56/60... Attack 44, Strength 41, Defence 50.

EVERYBODY ADD STRIKEA TO THEIR LISTS AND HARASS HIM!

The memory calls...
And the emotion comes flooding back.

I'd say one of the chief problems of using any tactics in Castle Wars is lack of organization/communication. And since (at least until clan support is made available) we can't get only seeds in a castle war, we also have to deal with any tactic getting screwed up by random people.
