Not meaning to double post or anything but....

TIMES UP!

The answer was... That the play was called Spectacular, Spectacular - the script was about 2 lovers who had to hide their relationship from the evil Maharajah (sp?) and *suprise suprise* it was Christian and Satine who were the lovers and the Duke was the evil Maharajah.

This question is dedicated to the evil Goto who calls Moulin Rouge a girly movie - I love that film screama.gif

Ooooh that wasn't right! I am NO Turkey-Girl!!! screama.gif

AND I DON'T FILE MY NAILS!!! screama.gif

In the movie Princess Mononoke what happened to Prince Ashitaka to make him leave his village and travel to the west?

EDIT: THE FILM IS NOT A CHICK FLICK!!!

There should be Hayao Miyazaki film watchers out there... icon_sweatdrop.gif

I do remember someone posting about him in that "Talk about yourself" (something like that) thread which was the one that 'Spacey posted ages ago which was the thing which answered some random questions about yourself.

If not I'll just drop the cool movie questions and then go onto the boring ones Icky_anim.gif

*finds you people evil*

The answer was that Ashitaka recieved a wound from a demon and went to search for what drove the Boar God mad. The Wise Woman of the village told him that an iron ball (gun bullet) was the source of the Boar God's pain which drove him to run rampage and threaten Ashitaka's village. Ashitaka had to leave his village and never go back.

FINE! I'll quit it with the lesser known movies and move to the more... known ones.

In Shrek 2, when the giant Gingerbread Man grabs the giant cup off Farbucks, where do all the screaming people in Farbucks run to? biglaugh.gif

That's a little obscure, I can't remember. Icky_anim.gif

Maybe someone else will know (or will own the movie and just check)

Oh... so it was that! bluetongue.gif

Had the feeling they just ran into another one, but I figured I'd leave it for somebody else, I can't think of another movie question anyway. grnwink.gif

Yes I love that scene. And "Holding out for a Hero" is the best song in the movie - no doubt about that.

Go Darkie! you relieved me of the questions which I am beginning to get annoyed at.

Where have all the good men gone and, where are all the gods.
Where's the streetwise Hercules to find the rise of odds.
Isn't there a white knight...

LOVE THAT SONG! sing.gif

in The Green Mile, what is the name of the mouse that Percy is always intent on killing? (he eventually does, too, but then it gets brought back to life TheSmile.gif )
