maybe i should reinstall the game and beat it again just so i can get the question
wheeeeeeee!
::EDIT::
i suddenly remembered a warcraft 3 name outta nowhere, so im gonna have a random guess. ill guess that the naga origionally served kil'jaden (did i spell it right?), and other than him they served Illaden (again, spelling).

but they always served illiden! remember the ending, where the blood elf prince and lady vash (spelling) swear to follow illiden wherever he goes, after illiden takes over the outlands (or whatever its called), and kil'jaden orders him to go and kill some dude or the other? so the closest thing the naga get to serving anyone else is when they help the blood elves, when the blood elf guy gets POd at the humans, when the human guy wont let them fight, and gives them lighthouse repair duties instead

Eeeeasy. They're known as Sheegoth, supreme predators of Phendrana Drifts. They can absorb weapons fire into the crystals on their back and shoot it out as a weapon, as well as their very potent ice breath and melee abilities. Their only weakness is that they get short of breath after an attack, and are vulnerable during this period. Their young (known as Baby Sheegoth) can shoot balls of ice, are also quite capable as melee fighters and have a protective coating of ice over their vulnerable back which can be destroyed, especially by concussive blasts.
