Don't know what's happening exactly, but Yulinford says that he will be banned if he doesn't get 600 iron bars quickly. Not saying that anyone has to provide that many, but I'm sure any donations will be greatly appreciated.
I'm also going to see what I can do.

I don't see how he could be banned for not getting 600 iron bars, unless it's blackmail, but then whoever isblackmailing him will report him anyway. If he's f2p, it won't matter because JAGeX only bans macroers from f2p.
In any case I'll see what I can do, I'll supply at least 100 if not more

someone said if i dont get it they would report me and i am getting membership soon so i get banned for sure what should i do if he doesnt want them anyway i am being offered a char from a friend who lives rite by me for them i still need them

Yes, that is a scam, you don't need to get the bars. I thought you were trying to prove that you didn't scam someone or something, but you will not be banned for this.
If anyone should be banned, it is the person saying that he/she is going to report you

hey guys the good news is i am not but i still could use the bars my friend said hed take care of it and now the char who threatend me is my char i can use the bars to smith please i am now level 43 and can almost where rune hey guys i need help doing the dragonslayer quest

If I understand that right your friend hacked the scammer and gave the char to you... that breaks a bunch of rules and is just plain MEAN even though you're getting revenge on an attempted scam...

thats extremely true phieta. Yulinford, thats a serious offense against the rules.
If you hacked that guy who was attempting to scam you, you most certainly will be
barred. forever in some cases. You should never break rules for revenge.
Just knowing that you are ok is good enough.
If i were you, i would be very wary of what you do...
