Wouldn't that be neat? With the moderators pemission(In this clan I mean), We could start the first and the finest RS Police force in runescape! This is just an idea of course. This part of SeeD or RS would be responsible for:

1) Keeping the peace on RS
2) Protecting the defenceless( Most likely in the wilderness)
3) Helping people out in general ( New players to RS mostly)
4) Crack down on scamming
5) Stopping scams
6) Stop name calling/Flaming what ever you like to call it

This orgainization could have posts in the major cities in RS on both free and member servers. This group of people could be named "Runscape police" or "SeeD police". As an officer in this force, you would have a badge that would be issued to you by either SeeD or Mr. Andrew Gower himself. You would also have special privillages like the power of arrest. With Mr. Gower's approval, jails could be established in every city RS! This would realy crack down on scammers. Requirements can be decided by Mr. Gower. The part where a person is arrested and taken to jail will be like this:

1) Person is arrested by an officer and taken to the jail in a city
2) The person has no way of escaping you once he/she has been arrested and they cannot log out either. Or better yet, When a person is arrest by an officer, they are automatically sent to the nearest jail and cannot log out durring the transport proccess. After this, they are banned for a period of time from 1day to 6 months depending on the severity of the crime. They also cannot create another account at that time.

goes in suggestions forum. I like the idea of a police force but the part about changing game mechanics to suite our force is a little bit unrealistic.

yeah, I like it, I'm just saying that a scaled down version is more likely to be implemented. like mabee we could have a police force that cracks down on scamming by peerpressure, incouraging scammers to stop and talking to the people that are beening scammed before they make the deal or something like that.
