A Tsunami warning system wouldn't do them a darn bit of good. They don't have hardly any form of communication in most countries over there. Electricity is a luxury and is something that we sadly take for granted.

Also, I think it is SHAMEFUL and DISGUISTING to boast about how much money that your country donated. The point is that we all band together to help those in need.
