The only way I see SeeD dying is if Cspace forgets to pay his domain bills, and the website go's down. Thats they only way SeeD will die.

SeeD isn't just a clan. It's a mindstate, a way of life.

SeeD is the symbol of people who are p*ssed off with people trying to cheat others, and actively try to overturn this, by supplying an environment for people to play while not feeling they are being cheated. SeeD also tries to stop cheaters who have been seen scamming.

This environment extends far beyond Runescape, it's roots branch out into pretty much every online game played. If the clan isn't actually established in a game, the mindset is there, to provide fairness to all.

Because Seed is a way of life, the only way it could die is if kindness dies... which of course will never happen.

What, antirefenestration?

Antirefenestration, like anti-antidefenestration or defenestration, is the opposite of refenestration. Refenestrationists commonly antidefenestrate defenestrators and antirefenestrators, when the opportunity to refenestrate arises of course. The antirefenestrationists counter this by...

I really do not think any one understands rs clans more then I do... I am not bragging or anything, but I have a ton of experience, having been around pretty much rite from the start of Runescape, and having been in every clan position you could think of lol. I have beenn in probably over 40 clans, some peaciful, some pking,I have even lead my own clan once, and had positions in clans, from second lowest responcibilties to second in comand....

this is going to be long. But I will attempt to show exactly where clans came from and how they have changed(and I hope this help with how people see seed)

Of Ages And Reigns:

Ages;

Runescape had had its good times and bad...Its times of chaos and order. these are the ages of RS...

- The Age of chaos-

When Rune scape first came about nothing was certain. The basic rules and way the game was played was in constant flux. At first one had to choose what cast you were. you could choose mage, warrior, or ranger. Wich one, you chose would decide what type of exp. was easiest for you to earn, what items you started out with, and in what areas of skill you recieved an initial boost. this soon went out the window.

Then pking on a massive scale. No where but in lumbridge was one safe. now you had three chances to change your mind, but you came into the game as a non pker back then. This ment you could not attack or be attacked by other players. If you broke this setting by changing the selecting feature or attacking a player it set you to pker mode, after wich you only had one option to change back..if you broke it again you could not change your setting back to non pker....you would be stuck as a pker for good(until they later abolished that game aspect). Now back then your combat lvl did not matter, you could be attacked by a 60 or 16...it didnt mater.

On top of all this(rather becuase of this), ppl were constantly making new accounts, becuase it was inevatable that eventualy you would mess up what you had going on one account... andrew gower(Not jagex as they did not establish until about about a year to a year and a half after the game actualy came out) decided to do something about all this to prevent the game from failing, and to give it some stability...so he got rid of all this and that is when the wilderness really started to form. So then fell away the age of chaos and came.....

-The Age Of Order-

All traces of the age of chaos had been destroyed, ppl started sticking with one charector, and a balance arose. One where you knew what to expect and ppl could actual start to focus on the game, instead of staying alive. this is when armour became popular.

before In the age of chaos, armour was not that big with people(a luxury item) as it was only safe to own one grade under what you were cabable of wearing and afording, and full suits were not even thought about becuase the best you could hope to do and not loose everything was 3 items of value on you(banks were hard to use as every1 wanted to there were not that many, and the service was bad so what you had on you was what you had in the age of chaos)....But now it was wonderfull...

gower being able to turn his attentions away from getting things under controll created the plate, addy(mith existed in the age of chaos...it came about as a resualt in fact), different varieties of swords, full helms, ect. so order was comming...the banks were revised and new ones were added...more quests and areas opened up the game was becoming whole as a thing. and it was at this time that jagex was established. balance had been achieved and every one was primed for.....

- The Age Of Accension-

Order having now been established. New things were popping up all the time, and players could really focus on being "The best". this was the time in wich the ultimate goal was to become at the top of the list(wich then only showed the top 50 players but had been created around the end of the last age), and become...a mod. this is also when auto miners really came into play, as there was simpley no protection. Players battled to reach the top and be known every where, true cartogrophy by players took form in this age and you were a noob if you had a lvl under 50 and did not have at least 2 thirds of all quests completed.

Side Note: this was my time...I was high caliber back then and thought to be one of the best. One reason being that I held onto Hal-Cal through most of the previous ages and percevierd with him, while others had 3 or 4 accounts and had only really got there foot in the door nearing the end of the age of order(when this became easy). this is when the predecesors who would set the bar for top players like blue rose, and poo suck emerged. all this made way for.....

- The age of expantion-

after all this new stuff popped up and order in the game had long been established, players were at their height and needed more chalenge.

Side Note: this is where I lost touch as I was one of the best...I was friends with the first of the mods, and verging on mod hood I would like to have though, but disaster struck me. knocked down over night by comp down time(my comp died and it took me months to make a come back online), to meerly average...I never really regained my zeal for the game...

But for many others this was the best time...lvl requirments were established(before then I noob could have a rune long--in the late age of order rune longs, legs, and chain, and in the mid age of expantion, meds, were the very best--). and even more quests came, and in addition to giving exp more was required to do a quest. before this in the mid to late age of order there did exist guilds(mining and cooking, and half guilds like pheonix gang).

However, it was only in the late age of order to early age of expantion that guilds like champions guild emerged and took hold(before it was usefull there were only like 5 players in there at any one time and it was more like a clan having only 100 or so ppl probaly, I was one of the first along with powerfreak2k, and I think cougar...we were the guild shut -ins lol). and the rune chest was then invented along with the rune large(in the earlier half of this age), rune squares, r2h(and 2h in general), rune kites(and kites in general) ect.

Really this when the game saw a new wave of players, un-seen since the first age (age of chaos)...the main difference where that these were totaly new and fresh players, not just ppl who made new accounts cuase of troubles with old ones, or security. this was also the age in wich scamers ruled and hackers always won... but all this made way for....

- The Age Of Improvment-

Having been established, blanced out, experiencing popularuty, and becoming a great game this age is arguably the age of improvment you could say...since the age of order jagex discussed making a huge renovation to the game and this is the time in wich they finaly did it(and in wich p2p was established--mainly in the late age of expantion-early age of improvment-- and took off). not just new grades of armour but new skills, and guilds and new weapons and armour types alltogether were popping up....

Side note: we are in the late period of this age...and I am now considerd a new lol...can you believe it! me newb again lmfao!

This is also the time in wich players from blue rose(who got her real hay day in the mid to late age of order) to zezima (not sure if I spelled that rite) set the bar for all other players, and took controll of entire rs markets(before this is was incontroll of several top players, and the ultimate say of jagex on what things are worth)...this is also the time of insanity when stupidn items are worth nothing, and then a day later move to of utmost importance status for status sybols amongst players...where ther useless became usefull, and novelty along side capitalizm has taken over... what age will come of this one...In my long experience and opinion either one of ragnorok, or one of new order....but it remains to be seen.

Of Reigns

From here on in the different ages will be posted by me as such...

- Tao-C = The Age Of Chaos.

- Tao-O = The Age Of Order.

- Tao-A = The Age Of Accension.

- Tao-E = The Age Of Expansion.

- Tao-I = The Age Of Improvment.

...Together they are the 5 ages of RuneScape(this is all for easy reference)

-Tao-C , The reign of gower-

In Tao-C Andrew Gower was the soul means of god hood...he controlled all and all was at his(sometimes cruel) whim. He had just created the world and was still working out the kinks...we were his experiment lol.

-Tao-O, the reign of Sardomin-

In this age gower relized the fally of his ways and changed what he is known by as Sardomin. he sought to bring order to his world and make for his follower places of worship, and the way to his brother for those who wished the path of deviance to him and prevelence to who he saw as the evil one lol.

(yes this section is done with some humor lol).

-Tao-A, the reign of the followers-

This was a time lead by those who sought greatness and favor with the gods. they along side the gods guided Runescape in to the 4th age...

-Tao-E, the reign of the demi gods-

The true followers having emerged, and having become the best. select groups now controlled exonomy whilst jagex designers took over with new items(the peoples favor with the god had began to wain).

-Tao-I, the reign of the Tycoons-

Now in the late part of this age, single players sway the markets at their whims, whilst designers have run a muck, players opinions of the game are on the greatest rise they have seen since the age of expantion. And the gods have established more places of worship, communion, and idelisasation of them sleves then ever, to try and bring the deserters of the land of Runescape back, and revive the now almost extinct faith in the gods....

So Finaly LOL Here Is What This Has To Do With Clans

- During Tao-C, In the reign of gower, we all know chaos abounded...the only way to ensure saftey and to hold on to your santity was in strength of numbers. Clans here first emerged. as small groups who protected and suported each other(this is the essesnce of what a clan is). they stuck to small territories where they could perform their daily tasks in the relative saftey of the group.

- At the time of Tao-O, in the reign of sardomin, players could finaly focus on their skills and on the now ever popular armour and weapons...ijn this time one place Called the wilderness Imerged and many, chose Knowing only how to take care of their own and how to fight, to venture there and expand the clans territories. This is where the pking clan came from...

Also any that survived Tao-C with out a clan either became loaners(many with a few good freinds and affiliates) or peaceful clans.

- Then while the on goings of Tao-A came about all these clan type (and loaners alike) really had their time in the sun...this is when they where at their hieght.

- When the Tao-E came of time, clans had settled into a grove and were well established...this was not the time to start a new clan as it was almost always doomed to collapse under the weight of older clans influence. however joining the strongest clans was a good idea, and many did.

- During the age we are now in(Tao-I) m ost clans are near impossible to join becuase of the high standards they hold for membership... In this age there is for the most part 3 choices In that way of things...work hard and get into an exclusive clan, join a weak clan(that will most likely fail), or start your own(that will probably wont even get off the ground).

How this applies to seed I am not sure with weather it was during the second or third age that seed emerged but from the start it was for the most part a peacful clan(that was ready for war if it had to fight). during the forth age it saw its boom and in this fith age it has seen the chaos and has exapnded its self beyond rs so that if it fails, seed will not, though it has a small jniche for pkers and the loner it is mosty oriented in comrodery and for that hs survived the ages and no mater the comming ages it will survive, wether or not being a part of runescape is what that entails.

Now I am Sorry

I apologise for such a long post but explaining the ages and reigns was crucial to give ppl a real grasp on what clan is and how seed sits in my view.
