IMPORTANT - Admin "Training"

From now until January 31st (which may possibly be lengthened), MoS and Star - the two recently promoted to Community Admin - will be the only active admins on the board.
While I will still be around and probably active on the forums, I will only be acting as a member and webmaster, not as an admin. I am giving MoS and Star an opportunity to get administrative experience here, as well as give the community the idea that they are infact admins and not in a figurative position.
To truly bring this about, the following will (or will not) happen:
- I will reply to no PMs relating, in any way, to the forums. I may not even read them until this period is over, you will have to PM either Star or MoS and they will be glad to help you.
- I will not involve myself in any minor conflicts which may arise. If something major comes up I may do something, but if not necessary I will step back.
- I may or may not create the Faction subforums during this time, I will probably do so at first but not toward the later half of this period.
- Unless on the grounds that a third admin is necessary for this, I will not re-ban or enforce any suspensions. If anyone with a temporary ban obviously takes advantage of this it could become a permaban.
- Unless relating to the arcade or other new features (on the basis of being a webmaster, not an admin), I will not moderate anything or use any administrative powers.
As I said, however, if something major comes up the above may change. Though, it will not change unless absolutely necessary.
********************************************
At the end of this everything will go back to normal (and I'll be back to my normal self, hehe), but they can also commonly be considered admins. Hopefully this will be a step forward in our efficiency and potential.

"See, I think drugs have done some *good* things for us, I really do. And if you don’t believe drugs have done good things for us, do me a Favor: go home tonight and take all your albums, all your tapes, and all your cd’s and burn em’. 'Cause you know what? The musicians who’ve made all that great music that’s enhanced your lives throughout the years...

"Today a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration. That we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively. There is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves. Here's Tom with the weather."

Hehe
We're on a highway to hell !
We're on a highway to hell !

AC/DC
Highway To Hell (1979)
Highway To Hell
Living easy, living free
Season ticket on a one-way ride
Asking nothing, leave me be
Taking everything in my stride
Don't need reason, don't need rhyme
Ain't nothing I would rather do
Going down, party time
My friends are gonna be there too
I'm on the highway to hell
No stop signs, speed limit
Nobody's gonna slow me down
Like a wheel, gonna spin it
Nobody's gonna mess me round
Hey Satan, payin' my dues
Playing in a rocking band
Hey Momma, look at me
I'm on my way to the promised land
I'm on the highway to hell
(Don't stop me)
And I'm going down, all the way down
I'm on the highway to hell

Sounds like a great idea for them to get in some experience. I know they've both been a bit hesitant and unsure about what they can and can't do, which makes having them as admins not as useful. No doubt this'll help boost their confidence as much as it boosts the idea that there are alternatives to pestering Cspace with everything.
Good luck both of you, I'm certain you'll do a great job.
